Our task
Renovation of exposed concrete and exposed concrete landscaping in the outdoor/garden areas of a representative villa.
Our task was to dismantle the already accomplished cosmetics, prepare the areas, perform technical renovations and create an impeccable exposed concrete look.
Based on a sophisticated service catalog and controlled execution, the poorly fabricated and substandard refinished exposed concrete surfaces were carefully refurbished without destroying the base material and a homogeneous and flawless surface appearance was created with SB4 quality exposed concrete.
Challenge
Exposed fine aggregate/concrete on site with the highest Class 4 exposed concrete requirements on poorly manufactured exposed concrete surfaces and unsuccessful concrete cosmetics should be carefully dismantled by a local cosmetics expert, refurbished and brought up to a higher standard.
This makes the owner's request for beautiful and attractive protection of the facility and garden area made of exposed concrete possible without having to demolish and replace it.
