Renovation of exposed concrete and cosmetic repairs to exposed concrete in the outdoor areas/gardens of a show villa.

Our task was to remove the existing finishes, prepare the areas, carry out technical refurbishments and create a flawless exposed concrete finish.

Based on a comprehensive catalogue of services and a rigorously monitored implementation process, the poorly constructed and substandardly re-polished exposed concrete surfaces were carefully refurbished without damaging the base material, and a uniform, flawless surface finish was achieved to SB4 exposed concrete standard.
