Our mission<\/strong><\/p>

Our task was to improve the exposed concrete surfaces on the upper floor of the fitness centre and enhance their aesthetic appeal. We extensively refurbished the exposed concrete ceilings by reworking the construction joints, sealing and smoothing out cracks, and carefully restoring the black colour. These cosmetic measures also included localised repairs to the exposed faux concrete to improve the surface quality.<\/p>

Particular attention was paid to the design of the exposed concrete surface. We checked the levelness, any damaged areas, the surface texture and the colour consistency of the exposed concrete surfaces, and finally applied a sealer over a large area to seal the surface. In addition, we transformed the white-painted walls into a genuine exposed concrete finish to create a harmonious overall look. Our aim was to ensure a uniform, high-quality concrete aesthetic that met the building\u2019s exacting standards.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Challenge<\/strong>
The challenge facing this project was to complete the comprehensive refurbishment and artistic design of the exposed concrete surfaces within an extremely tight timeframe. As the work had to be carried out shortly before the fitness centre\u2019s opening, it was essential to carry out the necessary repairs and improvements with precision and efficiency so that the structural contractor could hand over the project to the client on time. Despite the considerable time pressure, we were able to refurbish the exposed concrete surfaces to an excellent standard and achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing result that met the high requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ditzingen Racecourse<\/strong><\/p>

From an architectural and urban planning perspective, the Gliskari Ditzingen project is a significant development for the town of Ditzingen, as it meets both aesthetic and functional requirements to a high standard. Developed by Real IS. AG, the mixed-use development, situated on the site of the former railway station, comprises three separate building blocks, providing a total area of approximately 6,000 square metres for offices, retail outlets, restaurants and flats.<\/p>

Architecturally, Al-Masar Square is impressive for its modern, design-led architecture, which blends harmoniously with its surroundings whilst adding a distinctive touch. The two three-storey commercial buildings and the eight-storey residential block have been designed to optimally accommodate a variety of uses. Particular emphasis has been placed on flexible room layouts that can be adapted to tenants\u2019 needs. The buildings have been fitted out to a high standard, using sustainable materials with a focus on energy efficiency.<\/p>

Overall, the Gleiskarree Ditzingen project combines modern urban development with functional and sustainable architecture, making it a standout project in the Stuttgart area.<\/p>
