Object: New building private complex in exposed concrete

Our task
Exposed concrete renovation and exposed concrete cosmetics on the outdoor areas/gardens of a representative villa.
Our task was to dismantle the cosmetics that had already been done, prepare the areas, carry out technical renovations and create a flawless exposed concrete appearance.
On the basis of a developed service catalog and controlled implementation, the poorly manufactured and substandardly refinished exposed concrete surfaces were carefully renovated without destroying the basic substance and a flawless, homogeneous surface appearance of exposed concrete quality SB4 was produced.
Challenge
Fine exposed concrete / in-situ concrete with the highest requirements of exposed concrete class 4 on poorly manufactured exposed concrete surfaces and unsuccessful concrete cosmetics must be carefully dismantled by a local beautician, renovated and brought to a top level.
Making the owner’s request for beautiful and attractive protection of the facility and garden area made of exposed concrete possible afterwards without having to tear it down and replace it.
