Our task
We had the honor of working with the prefabricated part manufacturer to design and process around 18,000 m² of exposed concrete on a facade with a smooth paneled and relief structure, exposed concrete class 4, in black concrete and shades of gray as well as in numerous interior rooms, office departments, test benches and performance departments.

BECONART is off to a quick start again.
Project start after just 7 days.
Execution of 18,000m²

Challenge
The particular challenge lay in the size of the project and the execution period. Around 18,000 m² of exposed concrete were designed, glazed, retouched and processed within 3 months with up to 18 employees and various teams. In close coordination with the finishing trades, construction site logistics, gala builders and users, hand in hand in three shifts, what initially seemed almost impossible was made possible. The result is a high-quality exposed concrete surface over huge facade areas such as in offices and halls.

Marienwerder Science and Technology Park, an innovation center with German headquarters was built for a player in the global automotive industry. The administration and research and development departments are bundled there on a plot of land measuring around 35,000 m² with seven individual buildings and a good 34,000 m² of floor space.
