Staircase adaptation: We have carefully adapted the height and shape of the staircase across several floors to suit the circumstances, thereby creating a harmonious overall appearance.
Clad ceilings and exposed concrete features: With great attention to detail, we have crafted sophisticated clad ceilings and exposed concrete features that lend the building a distinctive aesthetic.
An outstanding exposed concrete design despite challenging conditions
This project presented us with the challenge of creating exposed concrete of the highest quality under complex conditions. The new building extends an existing structure to include a modern conference venue.
Due to the sloping terrain, the main entrance to the plenary hall is one storey below the ground floor of the existing building. In addition to the foyer, which contains a reception area, a toilet and further rooms, there are meeting rooms on this level.
Exposed concrete as a design element:
Exposed concrete elements play a central role in this project. They define the building’s atmosphere and emphasise its modern, clean architectural language. Thanks to our expertise and experience in working with exposed concrete, we were able to achieve a result that meets the highest standards, even under challenging conditions.
