Ditzingen Racecourse

From an architectural and urban planning perspective, the Gliskari Ditzingen project is a significant development for the town of Ditzingen, as it meets both aesthetic and functional requirements to a high standard. Architecturally, Al-Masar Square is impressive for its modern, design-led architecture, which blends harmoniously with its surroundings whilst adding a distinctive touch. The two three-storey commercial buildings and the eight-storey residential block have been designed to optimally accommodate a variety of uses. Particular emphasis has been placed on flexible room layouts that can be adapted to tenants’ needs. The buildings have been fitted out to a high standard, using sustainable materials with a focus on energy efficiency.
