Unique structure design

Concrete coating for parking garage

The challenge in this project was to color the surfaces of the huge prefabricated concrete parts with artistic precision so that a homogeneous and at the same time lively overall image is created. For this purpose, the KEIM Concretal Concrete paint, which thanks to its pure mineral pigments gives the painted concrete a vivid and expressive color.

For the architectural design of the noise wall of the parking garage in the Regensburg neighborhood of Nuremberg, architects from BEHLES & JOCHIMSEN TrueWamp Lowell technology as a visual effect of the concrete coating application. Thus, the colored concrete coating gives the 2D concrete facade a 3D visual effect.
